I, ___________________________________________________________________, agree to pay XXXXX XXXXXXX, (here in after referred to as “Nanny”), a weekly wage / salary in the amount of $ ____________ each Friday beginning on ____________________.
Scheduled work hours will be: ___________ am to __________ pm, Monday through Friday.
Nanny will be given the following days / holidays with pay:
01/01 - New Years Day, 05/25 - Memorial Day, 07/04 - Independence Day, 09/07 - Labor Day, 11/26 - Thanksgiving Day, 11/27 - Day after Thanksgiving, 12/24 - Christmas Eve, 12/25 - Christmas Day and 12/31 - New Years Eve.
Nanny will be given 2 one week vacations off per year with pay once 6 months of service has been completed. Dates requested off are: [1] 07/06 through 07/10/09 [2] 12/28 through 12/30/09.
An additional amount of $ _______________ will be paid towards Nanny’s medical insurance benefits each month.
Nanny will be paid an additional amount of $ ____________ per hour for all overtime and / or emergency care provided after ___________ pm, Monday through Friday.

Gasoline spent on transporting children will be reimbursed in the amount of $ _________ per mile to the nanny (or paid in advance).
A review / pay raise will be given after the first six months of service, then once per year thereafter.
